Position Overview
The International Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting and growing international accounts (all accounts outside of US) for VistaApex and Ribbond through proactive sales outreach, order management, and customer relationship support. This role serves as the primary point of contact for international distributors and customers, coordinating pricing, orders, logistics, and product information while identifying opportunities to increase revenue and expand market presence.

Key Functions
Sales & Account Support
  • Manage assigned international distributors and customer accounts
  • Process and follow up on international orders, quotes, and pricing requests, including sales viability assessments
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Support international sales initiatives, promotions, and product launches
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in CRM

Customer & Distributor Relations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers and distributors
  • Respond to inquiries related to establishing new international distributor relationships, products, availability, pricing, and lead times
  • Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, sales, logistics, regulatory, finance) to resolve issues
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with international partners

Logistics & Coordination
  • Assist with international shipping documentation and order requirements
  • Coordinate with logistics and freight partners as needed
  • Ensure compliance with international trade, regulatory, and documentation standards

Market & Process Support
  • Support international market expansion efforts and distributor onboarding
  • Help identify process improvements to enhance international sales efficiency

Job Requirements
Required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account support experience
  • Experience working with international customers or distributors preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Preferred
  • Experience with international logistics, exports, or trade documentation
  • Experience in manufacturing, medical, dental, or other regulated industries
