Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing dental laboratory team. This position is ideal for someone with a background in dental lab work or dental assisting who thrives in a customer-focused environment serving dental professionals and their patients.

The primary responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, taking and entering orders, performing accurate data entry, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying cross-selling opportunities to support our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails from dental offices, clinicians, and patients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Take, enter, and process orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain and update customer records, order information, and correspondence in the company database.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates.
  • Identify and suggest appropriate cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments (production, shipping, and sales) to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and customer-focused work environment.

Education and Experience
  • High school degree or equivalent professional degree required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required
  • Familiarity with dental terminology, materials, and dental clinical care is a plus.
  • Applicants with PerioProtect clinical experience will receive special consideration.
