Now Hiring: Dental Lab Technician

Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to make a difference in people’s health and well-being? We’re looking for a Dental Lab Technician to join our collaborative and high-performing team.

In this role, you’ll help bring innovative dental devices to life—supporting everything from 3D design to hands-on fabrication and finishing.

What You’ll Do

  • Fabricate and repair custom dental medical device appliances

  • Post-process 3D printed models with precision and care

  • Download, edit, and manipulate 3D digital files

  • Follow detailed prescriptions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Collaborate with dental professionals and fellow lab techs

  • Support daily production goals in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

  • Assist with additional tasks as needed—flexibility is key!

What You Bring

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain a high level of accuracy

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Team-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Desire to improve patients’ quality of life through meaningful work

  • Comfortable using hand tools, machines, and handpieces in a production setting

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 6–12 months experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred
